📼 A new exhibition, Tape Letters Scotland, opens at Tramway on Saturday (October 12). The audio-visual project shines a light on the use of cassette tapes as a mode of long-distance communication by the Scottish-Pakistani diaspora in 1960-80. - More info.

📚 Bookshop Day is on Saturday and two new murals are being painted to celebrate. Artists Jacqueline Briggs and Jack Stamp are working with Jack Arts on the pieces at St Enoch Square and Blythswood Street.
